FROM THE BEGINNING

Collaborative Art is powerful and exciting. When ideas fuze together it creates a third person in the room with endless possibilities. When Photographer Anne-Marie Bickerton joined forces with Artisan Robert James Grace their joint belief of art for all and joining people together through the medium of Art was immediately apparent. The hope to break down barriers and educate on the acceptance of expression and exploration. The journey began as The BickertonGrace Gallery with shared experiences and knowledge and naturally and organically became The Bickerton Gallery taking on a new exciting direction.

The collaboration with Robert James Grace stemmed from working together on a shoot photographing his stunning collection of Swarovski crystal Baths.

Capturing these pieces with her knowlwdge and ability of light whilst tackling the tricky properties of crystals.
Exciting brainstorm sessions made It clear very quickly that they shared a creative vision. This was a wonderful beginning to lay the foundations of The Bickerton Gallery
The SENTIMENT Collection is another portal for fellow artists to showcase their talent as an empowering collection. It was born through a life changing time globally as history was being written and communication challenged. The Collection was a loud voice in the silence reminding us of our need for creating and communicating.

"As the collection continues, evolves and grows, the Bickerton Gallery will show you how the beauty of this process will capture your imagination......" Anne-Marie Bickerton
